DJs (and NYC nightlife veterans) Belinda Becker and Bonnie Thornton will join me tonight at midnight to share some music and conversation in the East Village Radio booth tonight for the 60th edition of The Main Ingredient.

Philly’s #1 draft pick DJ PHSH (prounounced fish) is going to join me in the studio this week for a guest DJ set.

will join me tonight in the studio for a guest DJ set starting at 1:00 a.m.!

Three of San Francisco’s finest soul selectors are in NYC to throw the second (super secret location, rooftop, daytime) SFNY party Sunday.

And are going to join in me in the EVR studios the day after to post-game and keep the music going.

Robin Hannibal (Owusu & Hannibal, Boom Clap Bachelors) and Coco Malaika (Boom Clap Bachelors) are in town from Copenhagen and are going to come by the studio next week to promote Quadron, their newest in a line of excellent projects.

Dee Phunk (Rare Form, TreesForBreakfast.com) will join me on the show tonight for a Guru tribute (the first hour) and to share what sounds from around the globe have his attention these days (2nd hour).

B+ and Eric Coleman of Mochilla and the legendary J. Rocc are going to swing by my radio show tonight to promote their outstanding Timeless 3 DVD Set. They’re halfway through a 13-city tour and are stopping in NYC for the night. Tune in!

About Timeless:

Timeless: The Composer/Arranger Series is the name of a concert series that was created in homage to the composer/arrangers who have influenced hip-hop in the most literal and profound ways. Timeless was conceived by production house Mochilla in Los Angeles during February and March 2009 and included the performances of over 150 musicians in front of ecstatic sold out crowds. These three historic events were recorded and filmed in exacting detail with Mochilla’s unmistakable style.
